A Note From Cheryl
I created My Life Team because I saw a pattern:
The most capable, driven, and successful peopl were often the most unsupported.
Not because they lacked resources —
But because they had never been shown how to build support for their life, not just their business.
My Life Team is about changing that.
This is about creating a new standard —
Where you are supported emotionally, physically, financially, and energetically…
So you can lead, live, and expand without depletion.
We live in a world that is constantly changing. How we deal with change can be the key to whether or not we succeed on our path to personal and professional fulfillment.
While you may have a specific area of life that you want to focus on initially, it is important to recognize that one area of life effects the others which is why I am most passionate about Coaching to the Whole Person. Relationship troubles may effect your performance at work, while a stressful work environment may effect your emotional or physical health, relationships, financial stability or overall personal and professional fulfillment. A deterioration in one area of life no doubt has an impact on other areas having a trickling down effect. Compartmentalizing can certainly be a way of coping, however, ignoring that we are the sum of all parts may not produce the overall results that you are looking for.
Whether you are struggling with relationships, transitioning after divorce, grieving over the loss of a loved one, thinking about a career change, seeking to define your identity after your children have left the nest or graduating from University and trying to determine what’s next, coaching is a positive way to help support you through the change that you are needing.
